Steps to follow:-

1. Scan the QR code and make payment.
2. A digital transaction receipt and a unique Transaction Reference Number (often called a UTR, Reference ID, or Order ID) is generated after payment.
3. Enter that id in the payment deatils column after successful payment.
4. Then you can click on submit for form submission.
